Very friendly team, some newer tech goes over their heads, as not many people spend $6,000 to $8,000 on a computer parts for a computer that they still have to build, so it's understandable, so if you are looking for cutting edge or bleeding edge tech, it may not be your speed, but if your a causal user, entry or mid-level gamer, etc than they can help you out.
Very nice people who know their way around computers and tech.
They were able to correct issues fast for a good price
I dropped of my laptop 10 days ago. They told me it would take between 3-7 days to fix the issue with it. Told me it would be between $60-$190 to fix depending on the problem. Have them my phone number to call when it was ready. I never received a phone call. I went in there on day 9 to find out if it was done yet and they hadn’t even started it. I guess the person to work on it was sick which I can understand. People get sick. But no one even had the decency to call me to let me know it would take longer when I need my computer for work and daily matters. Then, with the wait and everything, I went in the next day to pick it up, I kindly brought this up to them and they weren’t apologetic what so ever, just defensive and frankly a little rude. All I wanted to know was why I didn’t receive a phone call. So what took “about an hour and a half of his time” to fix, his words exactly, cost me $90 on top of having to wait with no knowledge of why it was taking so long. I am appreciative the problem was resolved, but not so much with the customer service.
Fantastic customer service here. The owner helped diagnose what was wrong with my laptop's internet and suggested a very cost-effective solution which usually is never the case with electronics. Highly recommend!
Everyone was very pleasant to talk to. They cleaned my computer and gave me my diagnosis what was wrong with it
If you need a friendly, knowledgeable computer expert, this is the store for you. They'll go out of their way to help, with experience and skill. Definitely, the computer store to go to for repair. Reasonable prices are a plus.
Haven't had work done there, but the staff is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions
Very helpful. Knew what they were doing.
