Mani-Pedi Plus

In my recent search to find a good salon to do bio sculpture i found mani pedi plus. They’re close to my house and they seemed nice over the phone. I wanted so much to love this place. Based on my personal experience I wouldn’t recommend going there. If I could use one word to describe Every element of my experiences here I would say “unwelcome”. Because that’s exactly what it feels like. You’re not greeted when you arrive. Smiles are unmet. The actual nail services themselves are tense, and inconsistent. Bio sculpture is priced high and I expected a service that matched. Something I thought was weird and unpleasant was having to scrub my nails in the bathroom. I was so shocked when I first had to. Almost in awe. I appreciate quality and am more than happy to pay for the best but this isn’t the best. I’m also more than willing to feel a place out. The first time I went I paid 75$ my nails weren’t even one hand looked totally different than the other and when I called about it they wanted to rebook me to have the one hand redone. When I was unable to book I was told I could have a discount on my next service instead. I agreed assuming the discount would be 50% off (2 hands -1 hand is 1 hand.) I was told they’d make note and I ended up booking a second appointment a few weeks later. My second appointment took over three hours and near the end it was pointed out that if I hadn’t taken my time choosing a nail colour it wouldn’t have taken so long but really she used me as a way to avoid doing a pedicure and passed them off to another coworker. When I went to pay there was no note about my discount and after a phone call was made they offered me 10$ off. My last time going was last week paid 75$ and a couple days into having them they starting crumbling apart. I emailed and requested a refund with no response. I Called the following business day only to be told I’d get a call the next day. The call never came. I called again and was told I would have to wait two weeks for the owner to come back. Basically given the runaround which matches perfectly with the service and the experience overall. I don’t know if I’ll ever hear back, but I do know I’ll never return. Save yourself the good day and money and book somewhere else.

Five stars!!! Nicest people professional kind and atmosphere wouldn't go anywhere else 100 % pleased, great all around!

The customer service is amazing! Telly does a wonderful job on nails and goes beyond on what you expect for nails!

Love this place! Very professional and excellent service. I had my bachelorette here for the half day spa almost 3 years ago and have since come back for the spa pedicure. Now with the points program you can't go wrong. Have another gift card and can't wait to make my next appointment!

I had a wonderful manicure and pedicure by Ashley Squire. It was my first visit at Mani Pedi Plus and the experience was enjoyable until I went to pay. The woman at the front was very unpleasant. No smile and seemed rather cranky. I asked for change so I could make a tip and she made me feel like I was being an inconvenience . It seems small but it changed how I felt about the over all experience. I really enjoyed the mani and pedi with Ashley and I will be back for another appointment.
