I've had my hair done here a few times..nVerna is absolutely AMAZING!nShe's done my highlights hair cuts etc.nAnd everytime she blows my expectations out of the water today I came in with A few photos for inspiration.nAnd then I let her take over!.nI couldn't have thought of a better more flattering haircut.nShe is extremely knowledgeable and her experience shows!nShe always teaches me how to keep my hair healthy at home.nThis salon is so lucky to have someone like her!nThank you so much VERNA!
I have been booking here ever since I was a young kid in elementary school and am so grateful to have the opportunity to write this review to share my lifelong experience booking at Mane. When I open the front doors and walk up to the front desk, I am greeted by their wonderful receptionist, Sarah. Her familiar face, friendly smile, and enthusiastic voice brightens my day with every visit. The way she cares for her clients is absolutely heart warming and she truly treats all of us like family. She clearly knows all the stylists here very well and also understands her client’s needs, and as a result, she knows how to connect us with a stylist who is the perfect fit. Sarah really is an icon of Strathcona and a staple in the community who holds us all together!nnColton’s attention to detail is the best I have ever experienced. I think we can all agree that attention to detail is one of the most important skills to look for in a stylist, and Colton’s detailed work reflects his perfectionistic style every time. Every time I book with him I can always trust that my hair will look flawless. His warm and friendly character makes every appointment a welcoming and enjoyable experience!
This place is amazing! I’m always so happy with my hair! The staff is the best! They are like my family treating me with 100% of caring, kindness and respect. I had amazing makeup from an amazing makeup artist named Sarah and amazing hair from an amazing hair dresser named Katy for my graduation back in May! I’m so grateful to call Mane “my hair doctor”. I’ll never leave this amazing place! I love Mane!
This is my forever salon, I can’t imagine going anywhere else. All of the staff members are incredibly friendly and create such a warm welcoming environment. Justin is very knowledgeable in everything regarding hair. He completely changed my hair care routine and educated me on how to apply products. Together we planned out the most beautiful hair colours and his execution was flawless. Not only was he able to give me a gorgeously pigmented copper red but in one session he was able to switch my hair to a warm tone platinum blonde. After my hair felt silky and was very healthy thanks to his expertise executed in each step. I will forever recommend this salon to everyone!
I have been seeing Katy almost every month at Mane for over 15 years now. Time flies. She is the BEST and so is this salon. I have also seen a few of the other stylists in a pinch or a bang trim and they are all so great and knowledgeable. I feel like a part of the team at this point - Justin is always such a good vibe and Sarah is the most beautiful friendly receptionist ever. Highly recommend.
