Just passing through and found this place.. OOH MYY GOODNESS.. it is the best Chinese food I have EVER had.. and the service was amazing as well..
This is a great Chinese food spot. The menus are big and heavy full of amazing choices!! My employee got a bowl of soup with her mama chicken dish. That bowl of soup was more like a bucket of soup see photos. I got the #9 combo everything was great!
Food is delicious! Serving size is very gracious, soo much food!! The atmosphere is nice and intimate while still lol being family friendly! Server was great!Recommended dishesAlmond Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, Fried Rice
We really enjoy coming here! It's a great place to eat with friends and have good conversations. We love coming for lunch, as it is well lit and has an upbeat atmosphere. We absolutely recommend the pho-- it's amazing! Vegetarian options: Tofu options available! Parking: It has its own lot. Wheelchair accessibility: The right entrance is ground level. Many tables to sit at. Dietary restrictions: Many dishes have rice noodles or can be gluten free.
When my fiance went to pick it up the line was out the door in the rain, so we were pretty excited to see what the fuss was about. Overall, disappointed. My mandarin vegetables weren't mandarin, they were just buttered. Spring rolls were delicious.. My fiance, got the broccoli beef, which was pretty good, but 2 hours later he was sick.
Potstickers were terrible. Filling was all cabbage and carrots. Fried shrimp wasn’t cleaned properly. Had shell pieces in batter. Egg flower soup was spicy and overpowering. Sweet and sour chicken was so inconsistent on size that small were all hard and burned while the big pieces were doughy. It had been ten years since I had been in. Never going back ever
Personally I think Mandarin Pine is the best in the valley. Always good and portions are huge. Only thing is, if you have an order to go, double check it before you leave. Once, my order was totally the wrong item. Once, I was missing gravy on my egg Foo young and once I was missing my crunchy noodles for my chow mein.Food: 5/5
First place we ate at after getting to Lewiston to visit and got the worst severe food poisoning ever my two year old ended up in the hospital. Costed us thousands in new car seats, blankets, truck cleaning, new matresses and clothes that had to be thrown away also had to pay for extra cleaning at our air b and b from how severe it was. Ruined our whole trip. Never again. Also seeing this happening to multiple families from this place so were not the only ones. A food inspector needs to get in there before they kill someone.
I would not ever get food here again. This food is not Chinese food it is American food disguised as Chinese food. Dinner #4; Chopped celery and onion sautéed to limp, in butter, with what looked like bacon bits on it was, I guess the pork chow mein. Chicken breaded in flour with bland thick pale salty gravy, two separate servings of buttered brownish rice was supposed to be fried rice? # 10 dinner; Terrible hot spicy chicken was just hot but not flavor, noodles were over cooked to gummy, egg roll was really oily. All of it was salted to almost inedible. The egg drop soup was okay but really salty as well. I need a diuretic and a gallon of water now. Don't waste your money.
Amazing service! Enough food for two and leftovers for only 40$! Delicious food too, I can see why its so popular. 9/10 would recomend
