Stephanie was our server. She was wonderful! So nice and always paid attention to our table. There were other servers too and they were all very helpful. Food was good. No crab and lobster though. But decent price compared to other buffets I've been to. Seniors get 20% off too. Clean and spacious inside.
First time gping to a mandarin In years. Food was very standard American Chinese food. There was sushi and dim sum as well. Servers were good very attentive! Oh and they were not shy on giving free refills of my diet coke!Food: 3/5
This place is a portal that breaks through the space time continuum. This place is a social experiment. A GTA5 lobby of NPC’s. You instantly feel high in here. I am convinced there are no laws in rules of physics in this place. It is a time capsule. Friendly staff but food is mid. It’s the mandarin. You know what you are going to get.
Our server Sam was attentive and willing to help with anything. He was kind and funny. Great service! The room was quite hot but staff let the manager, Kevin know who immediately fixed the heating for us. The food was fresh and delicious. Well done! Clean, fresh and great choices. Great value. We will be back! Thank you!
I had an awesome experience at this location. The staff were all extremely attentive and all the food was piping hot and fresh. I never had an empty glass either! Mike was our server and his patience and positive attitude was greatly appreciated. He made our meal amazing and always made sure we were happy with our food after we sat down and offered to bring us salt/ pepper/ soy sauce if needed. Amazing work Mike!
my friends and i went for my friends birthday last night for her dinner! i had the best night and the best food. service was fantastic and i will definitely be coming back. mike was so attentive and respectful of our table and made sure we were happy at all times. i appreciate all the hard work and hospitality we received last night and will most definitely be back! thank you mike for being such a kind server!
Had the best time today at Mandarin! Our first time back since Covid and it was the start of Chinese new year. Excellent food and service from Tina, Nina, and Ahmed!
Our server was Tina. She was so kind and patient. Tina helped us with ordering our meal. We asked for alterations to the menu. She went to the kitchen and they would accommodate our requests. Tina was so positive in her manner. She is the best server I have had in the last 10 years wow. Tina is the best. Now lets get to the meal. The portions were of good size we ordered a lot. The food was not good it was excellent. Tina kept bringing our food it was just perfect. I am happy to have met someone who took pride in their work. As we were eating and more portions came out the manager Kevin came to see us and was very professional in his manner. Kevin asked about are food and if we still would like to make changes we said yes. It happened. All the food was excellent. Between Tina our server and Kevin the manager made our night perfect. I thank both Tina and Kevin as well as the kitchen staff for a dinning experience that we will never forget. Kevin also took a picture of me and my wife as it was my birthday. One last thing to the Mandarin Management, Tina, Kevin and all the staff are unique to have employees like these you are going to give you a long and very prospers business. We will be going back this weekend. We have found a gem. Thank you once again.
Andrea was the server that really made the Mandarin experience memorable. She was very respectful and considerate when communicating with us. It’s been a while since I’ve been to Mandarin but after going once this year, I am definitely coming back very soon. The food and service was phenomenal! Conversations were very easy, she answered all of our questions and took the time to clarify some stuff for us. She even recommended some items to try and they were all great! Especially that crime brûlée! If you happen to have Andrea assist you, she will definitely make sure you enjoy eating at Mandarin!!
Dinner was delicious. Marianna and Devon did a fantastic job! Excellent customer service and so attentive to our needs. Always clearing our dishes at the right time. Marianna and Kevin checked on us to see how we enjoyed our meal! You can’t find service like this these days!! We will be back soon.
