Our restaurant is named after our Beautiful mother/grandmother who we truly loved and had so much respect for. Her name was Maria Mercedes, whom we always called "Mama Menche."
We welcome you all to come and listen to a little bit of Latin music, while sitting back and enjoying our famous PUPUSAS (grilled tortillas stuffed with chicharron and cheese or for our vegetarian guests, try the cheese filled variety with or without beans).
