Story

Hola!

My name is Theresa Morgan. I am a mother of two, a wife to a great man, and a determined entrepreneur towards my goals and aspirations. At a young age I joined the Canadian Forces. The military has taught me many thing however to be resourceful, loyal and determined are some of the top teachings that have helped shape who I am today. After leaving the military my husband, daughter and I moved to Campbell River, British Columbia. Since moving I gave birth to a son. While on Maternity Leave I decided that I wanted to create a new career for myself so within one year I am now a Certified Nail Technician, Esthetic Technician, Eyelash Extension Technician and a Micro-pigmentation Technician. I am now a proud owner of a New Home Based Beauty Spa called Mamacita`s Permanent Makeup, Esthetics & Eyelash Extensions.

I want to be able to stay at home with my children while making a living to help support my family. My business will be a place where a clients can come for more than one service either in many visits or a one stop shop for many services at once. Being a home based business I offer the professionalism of a downtown spa lotion at a more affordable prices and with a welcoming family friendly environment where my clients can feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as they walk in my door.

In the past I had experienced a Nail salon that made me feel like I was in an assembly line who was rushed out as soon as I stepped in. I don't want my clients to feel the way I did that day. I want to be able to bring out the beauty that you have always had without feeling like i'm rushing to do the next client. I treat people how i want to be treated and make new fiends in the process.

At Mamacita's Permanent Makeup, Esthetics & Eyelash Extensions I offer many services such as Nail enhancements. Spa services, Eyelash and Eyebrow tinting, Waxing, Eyelash Extensions and Permanent Makeup!

Mamacita's Nails Policies Full payment MUST be received at the time of service. NO IOU's. Fills with 5 or more nails missing will be charged for a new set. If you are late for your appointment, I will only do basic nail art as I often book back to back appointments and it is not fair for my next client to have to wait because someone else was late.

Please cancel at least 24 hrs in advance so i have the chance to rebook that appointment. If you are a no show or are unable to give me 24hrs notice there will be a $10.00 charge at your next appointment..If you know that you are going to be late please tell me and then if you think you will be really late than we can figure out and agree on a better time for you and I.

To make an efficient to save your time and mine please have an idea of what colour and design you would like. Pinterest is a great app. And you can text me to your board so I can tell you if I can do the design or have those colors in advance.

In the past I have done work on people who decided with a color and then half way through completing the work change their mind. I have no problem with redoing it however there will be a charge of $20 per hour spent on prior work completed.

Guarantee:
Enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days after your appointment; excluding breakages. If you lose an enhancement or notice chips or lifting in the first five days, please call to schedule a free repair. Repairs after 5 days or for breakages, tears, and corner breaks are $5 each. Please remember, nails are jewels, not tools. Be kind to your nails and they will look beautiful for weeks after your service. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed.
