If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I give it another chance, the customer service somehow gets worse. As a black woman, wanting to support black businesses, it’s hard because they are always rude, and have a don’t care attitude. It’s no wonder more and more of their clients prefer Clore. Do better.
A now long-time community flagship. It is cool to have watched it grow over the years. They really keep trying and seem to be always improving. Bravo.

The store is crowded and the customer service leaves something to be desired but you'll eventually find what you are looking for
