Wonderful Service and great taste! We ordered a family pack thinking we would need 2 pieces of fish for each person but the portions are huge! Knowing this, the staff came over and showed us the size of their serving size and even asked if we would want a refund for the extra orders before they cooked it. The batter was crispy and light with lots of fish. Would highly recommend this hole in the wall! Definitely worth the price and everything tastes better served with kindness.
I've been coming here for years. Every time I am in the area I would always make sure I stop bysometimes I make a trip down here from Toronto just for them [ 1 Haddock & 1 Chip ] - The batter is light and crispy yet flavourful. Fries are hand cut style which was the style I like a lot. *They offer 1/2 chip size as well You can definitely taste that they change their cooking oil regularly. If you're reading this just go and try them out. You won't be disappointed.
Been coming here for at least 2 years went today called and placed my order I live 9 minutes away fries and fish are cold. Serving size has also shrunk used to get 2 peices of fish1 big 1 small now it's just the big one and it's $18 and some change. Still tasted good I suggest not pre ordering tho.
Huge portion sizes and insanely cheap prices. The fries were the best part, a good mix of potato flavor and crispy texture. I pair the fries with their nice beef gravy. Convenient location right off the highway, and the lady behind the counter was lovely, very friendly and helpful.
8.75,$ ordered fish only, but I guess it came with fries too. Fish was good and large. on second order got some chicken fingers. Nothing special, ok burger.

Enormous portions of fish. Very good value. I confess the style of batter isn't my preference but for those who like it, they will love it. Still it was perfectly prepared, hand dipped right before frying, right after you order. We will not be finishing the 2 pc + fries with the three of us adults.
The fish was over battered and very dry, seemed over fried. Unsure if it’s frozen? We got home and realized there was no vinegar or tartar sauce in the bag and had to go back to the restaurant to get it. Wasn’t the worst fish and chips ever but I was disappointed.
Absolutely the best ever fish and chips this side of anywhere. Fish - I have the halibut - dipped in batter and then cooked at the precise temperature for perfection. Even ten minutes later, when I opened the box at the West Shore waterfront worth the drive it was crisp, light, heavenly. Have loved this place for fifteen years.
Finally tried for the first time and what a delight! Cod and chips are excellent!! I wasn’t a fan of the haddock but that’s a personal preference. The batter was crispy and airy, with an amazing taste and the chips are perfect. Nice gravy too. Will definitely sample the halibut next time! YUM!
