Service was great. Food was amazing. Bread was so fresh and the meat we chose was corned beef, it was so tender and juicy!!! Can't go wrong eating here!! I loved it!! Rare thing for me to love a place to eat so much!! Means it's pretty amazing food!! I would most definitely recommend!!! Enjoy!!
Omg. What a sandwich. Just got a 5oz pastrami they were sold out of corned beef amazing, melt in your mouth. Bread was incredibly fresh. Prices are excellent. My new go to in Windsor!
They are under new owners. The sandwiches are stacked high. The bread is super fresh. You can order different size sandwiches and can order lean or regular meat. French fries are excellent. They have a large menu with alot of variety including vegetarian. Highly recommend!
Sandwich was a bit smaller then I remember. But still good.
The new owner makes a smoked meat poutine from Montreal. Very good!
The location is good. The service was prompt. The food delicious. I had the poutine, a good portion fair price. Gravy was tasty. The reuben sandwich melted in my mouth. They gave me extra coleslaw no charge because I said it tasty but wasn't enough. The inside could use some updating. I will go back again.
My girlfriend took me there for my birthday, and I was not disappointed. The food was satisfying and traditional. The smoked meat was exactly what I was craving and I appreciated that they served beer brewed locally. It's clear that they take pride in their food and their establishment. I'll be making Malic's a regular stop from now on.
Corn beef is still a good sandwich, but it's not the same as it used to be. The meat seems to be different, lost its charm. The waitress was very good. I'll try it one more time
Montreal smoked meat was fantastic! Huge sandwich, tons of thick cut meat that was so tender is was falling apart in my mouth. Also had a Reuben sandwich and my God was it good. Saurkraut was perfectly seasoned and meshed well with the sandwich. Definitely recommend this place
A local gem! One of the best corned beef/Montreal smoked meat places I've ever been too. Try the Reuben with thousand island and coleslaw! Last meal worthy!
