Malek EL Shawarma is a cute family owned business… the owner is so warm and welcoming… the Food was really amazing ! Good quality with quantity!the portion was very good for the price .. the chicken was juicy and tender… Must try this place . By Far the best shawarma I’ve had in Canada !
The food was beyond delicious. I have tried the lamb shank with rice and salad. There’s sauces and dressings are homemade and the lamb shank was juicy, tender and it melted in my mouth. Loved the shawarma on frizz as well so flavourful and delicious! I have never had as amazing a Mediterranean food as this the staff is so courteous and sweet. The owners are extremely kind and welcoming. The flavours are to die for and the variety is insanely good. I cannot wait to be back!! the fact that everything is so affordable, is the cherry on the top!
From entering the restaurant the people are very hospitable. All food is made fresh that you could smell it during it was cooking in front of us. The food was is a well temperature heat and well cooked. Although the food was made from scratch it didn’t take that long time to arrive. It was one of the fast services that I have experienced. I have ordered the shawarma on nachos and it contained all what was said in the menu. The plate was filed and tasted amazing. It was truly an experience that I will never forget thank you so much for these nice survives.

Best Shawarma place I've gone to The restaurant is new I loved their beef shawarma Every bite was delicious Honestly, this was the BEST shawarma I’ve had for so long chef shery & Sameh thank you so much for your tasty shawarma The place clean and great environment Their customer service is also amazing Super friendly staff Huge portions I can’t say enough good things about this spot. The food was amazing. One of the best shawarma places I have visited in Canada. In addition extremely friendly staff and owners. The lady usually gives the chicken to taste and it is really good.
Got the large chicken shawarma on fries, fairly expensive at $15 but it's quite a bit of fries and chicken. I'd have asked for additional sauce had it not been delivered. I'm also not sure if they allow any customization or addition of ingredients if you go in. I like to add humus and lettuce to my shawarma fries. But it was great and so was the chicken. Also picked up a shawarma wrap to try, pretty well filled, lots of ingredients and well sauced. Will definitely be coming back.
I was traveling from Scarborough to Oakville and wanted to have shawarma so badly and found a hidden gem .I have been to the store yesterday night You won't regret heading to the store based on the reviews , 5 stars for everything. I had a mixed shawarma sandwich and I really loved it . The owner was very friendly and the hospitality was top notch . Above all , the interior design is more like a cafê and got a decent dining option . Definitely, will be heading back to the store , if I am heading to Oakville. Parking: Inside a plaza with a lot of parking .
New shawarma spot in my neighborhood, cute clean restaurant. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious, I ordered the shrimp skewer dinner and the flavours were amazing. My husband ordered the beef shawarma and said it was very fresh and flavourful. We will definitely be going back!
If you are on a lookout for some authentic Shawarma then Malek El Shawarma is you're stop! Located in Oakville its owned by a couple who is passionate in serving some of the best dishes. The restaurant is well designed and lit and accommodates couple of tables - if you are looking to dine in. The couple takes pride in the meat they serve, it's fresh, juicy and each and every dish is carefully marinated and cooked while keeping up with the freshness. Today tried the chicken Shawarma - super juicy till the last bite and served with fries. Hawawshi sandwich was the other dish I tried- fell in love with the flavours that came - it's my first time trying as well. The dish came along with pickles and any Mediterranean dish is not done without them. Chicken Souvlaki was the last dish I tried- good as expected. Try them out for sure and it will be on your list !!
IIt’s amazing place, friendly people and professional too. I wanted to try all kinds but I will never stop going there The hawawshi and the shawarma bites I tried was amazing, the fries tasted great The garlic sauce is tasty If anyone wants to enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine, it’s the perfect place, reasonable prices and delicious food The dessert is delicious Rice pudding is the best
