I stayed there on a cycling tour for one night tent camping Beautiful facility really well maintained. The owners were super nice, helpful and very accommodating
I love this campground, location is perfect, and the owners are super friendly! Everything you would hope for in this type of business.
Great place for ice cream! Six dollars for two huge scoops. And the cone. Definitely worth your time.
Really impressed with this campground. Clean facilities and nice sized lots. Clean safe and sandy beach. We were there early week so it was very quiet Got a lovely spot on the water with lots of space for the kids to run around and a short walk to the beach. Bring coins for the showers. Super friendly owner /operator.
Beautiful, peaceful and very friendly campers! We loved our stay and definitely want to go back again!
I did not stay there I was at the campground to use the Sandy dump but from what I've seen and the way I was treated by the stock they were a very nice excellent place
Absolutely THE MOST gorgeous-fun-friendly- feels like one giant huge family! Lots to do! & Many events almost every weekend! Their Canada day celebration is just amazing! Family owned & ran! Love love this place! You need to try this place just once & then you'll be hooked!& Youll be asking for a lot to stay their every year! Camped their & then eventually bought a trailer & stayed their- we were their for over 15yrs & some of our family members have been their for even longer! The owner John will try to do everything he can to make you happy! I just cant say enough to express how much i love & miss this place There's just so much to do for every age! Many new friends are made every weekend!!! Miss you John & your family & all our camping buddies! From toddlers to retired you will love this place
Great campground especially if you're looking for a seasonal. Well managed and reasonable. Lots to do for everyone regardless of age and close to Carleton Place and Perth. Check it out. You won't be disappointed. Great access to the Mississippi River for fishing, boating, kayaking and canoeing!
Family Run campground with plenty of amenities. Clean efficient and friendly. approximately 120 permanent campsites with areas for weekend campers. Sandy and clean beach for enjoyable swimming. Boat launch separate for the fishermen in the crowd. Fun activities all season.
Quiet, Well-run Campground We visited Mal's Camping for a lunch-stop as part of a canoe outing along the Mississippi River near Fergusons Falls. Hamburgers, fries and ice cream cones are available in the camp store. Being a hot day, the ice cream was a real treat to eat under the tall shade trees. There is a nice beach for swimming. With fishing being popular with many of the campers, it was good to hear that many of the campers are very involved with the ecology of the river and its wildlife. We will be sure to return.
