I have to say this is the best milk tea I've ever had in Canada, both the products and the store decor are a sight to behold! There's a good amount in each product and the ingredients are fresh! I really love it! The bags are also very high class! Is really really good!!! Worth recommending the store! I regret not finding it earlier!
Soooooo delicious, very friendly staff. I highly recommend. I’m from Ontario and I wish we had a place this good! Wanted to add something to my review. The owner is amazing. They didn’t have what I wanted and he gave me three free drinks to try!!! Seriously the most kind people and the best bubble tea ever!!!!
Customer service was fantastic, he walked me through the menu and help me pick out my order. I was even given a bag to carry my drink. Not only was the service great but the drink was amazing, perfectly sweet.
First time stopping by on Tuesday afternoon at 2:30pm, the store was supposed to open at noon but then the sign posted unfortunately they have to open at 4pm on this day, come back and get 20% off within the same day. So, I came back 7sharp, but they have only some tea available and some toppings. I couldn't get any of my favorite drinks, no matcha, no cheese crown, no taro. Pretty much everything I asked on the menu, they said they don't have. Look like bad management. Waste of time coming here twice. Wouldn't recommend it!
Amazing tea made by the most incredibly friendly and enthusiastic people. So much love for this place. Love the abundance of options to play around with so you can always try something new!
The host was extremely helpful and gave a really good description of the options. The drink was extremely flavourful. I do have a serious problem with the cups. They are very heavy duty and can't be brought back to be refilled or reused. For that reason, I won't go back.Food: 5/5
took my wife to the store since we were craving some bubble tea after lunch. first of all, as soon as we walked in we were hit with the smell of cigarettes to a concerning amount since i had my pregnant wife with me. as we walked up to the cashier to order we realized that the smell was coming from who i assume to be the manager since he was an older gentleman. at this point, our experience had been ruined but we still decided to order some drinks. although the drinks were well made, me and my family will not be returning due to a health concern for my family. i hope whoever this guy was is taken aside to talk about his presentation to customers and hopefully stops smoking so much.
DO NOT COME HERE!!!. I have been here a few times with my friends, and each time has been a disaster. They rarely have the things they advertise on the menu. They are almost always out of a main ingredient for the drinks. I saw a supervisor or a person that's a higher up in the company get quick with his staff, it sounded as if he grabbed a drink and threw it down the sink. I was unable to see because they have a room divider up. I just know whatever happened back there was very unpleasant. I can't support a plane that treats their staff so poorly. Sad to see. I know the owner reads these reviews, so if you see this please look into the issue of managers with a short fuse.
My first in life experience to try Bubble tea, very friendly staff explained me everything and adviced to start with Black tea. I can understand the taste of good tea very well, it was above my expectations. I was surprised by the proposal that if I do not like I can choose 2nd option for free. I didn't need this 2nd option, I liked my drink. Attitude of personnel was 5 out of 5.
My first visit to this store, I heard so much about it and I had to try it. Sadly they didn’t have any taro or cheese crown left. They offered to make me two drinks free of charge and apologized that my 1st visit wasn’t as expected. 5/5 customer service. I got the black tea white bubble 4/5 I also got the Yakult with popping pearl 4/5 if ur into fruity yogurt.
