My experience with this salon was superb. I've struggled historically to find a stylist who could manage my wavy texture, and was dreading finding a new one as I just moved to Hamilton. Angel listened carefully, and gave me an excellent angled bob wet cut with blonde highlights that shows off the texture beautifully. Also shout out to the gal who washed my hair and gave the best massage. So glad to find a great stylist, and the prices were absolutely reasonable for the service given.Services: Hair highlighting
Brittany did my hair and it turned out better than I wanted! Customer service is 10/10 and the staff are so sweet! I loved my experience, quality of service and hair result! Definitely recommending to friends and coming back
I had a great experience with Chantal. Throughout my haircut, they were so kind and encouraging. My new hair is gorgeous! They are unquestionably skilled.
I had a disappointing experience at this salon and would not recommend it to anyone considering it as their first choice. Firstly, I found the pricing to be inconsistent, and the service was subpar. Secondly, I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the salon. During my appointment, Kate provided me with a haircut and highlights, but unfortunately, she seemed inexperienced and did not meet my expectations. The combs used during my appointment were also unclean, which raised concerns regarding their hygiene standards. Lastly, the reception charged me $88 for the services rendered, claiming there was a computer error. However, after a lengthy discussion, it became clear that the receptionist had misunderstood my request. Overall, I do not recommend this salon to anyone due to the unsatisfactory experience I had
I recently starting going to Maison Fritz. My stylist Sarah did my cut and colour on Nov 22, 2022. She’s amazing and the wash with head massage is second to none !! Highly recommend
Love love love Maison Fritz! I’ve being going here for about 3 years now and every time I leave the salon I feel beautiful!! Brittany does my hair perfect every time! I usually get roots touched up, highlights and a cut. Some times I change the style, which ever the style I choose she always puts it to perfection!
Diane was amazing! I had balayage done elsewhere and it turned out terrible. She actually took the time to listen and fixed it! Now it looks amazing! Can't recommend her enough and will definitely be going backServices: Balayage
We loved the salon very warm and welcoming. Masks were recommended making for a very comfortable experience. Our stylist Kaylee was excellent. My highlights were beautiful and gave my hair amazing depth. My haircut was just what I wanted and I love it. It doesn't get much better than that. Once again Angel did a superb job on my highlights and colouring . I have very long and thick hair and she always takes time to do an excellent job, I get compliments all the time on my hair so highly recommend Angel
I chopped off 11 inches of hair here last week. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and Kate was such a lovely individual. She made me feel so comfortable and really beautiful after the cut. Thank you!
