Great place, has been around for decades but it's still extremely well maintained, clean, organized. It has beautiful plants and art pieces from different countries. There's also a great public library. Personally I have spent hours there many times. Very peaceful and beautiful surrounding.

Very rundown and dirty. Outside horrible. Smells like urine inside.
I visited many times for conferences and meetings. I feel secure while cycling and stopping there for pit stop, toilet break, taking dihydrogen monoxide H2O, etc. Also, I had to go there to pay fines for parking violation a couple of times. :
Beautiful place to visit in Gatineau.
