Interesting place to visit, right at the bottom of the St-Hilaire mountain. The staff is amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Lot to discover on the first nations: legends, traditions, their way of living, degustation, and art presentations. There is also a little boutique with Indian souvenirs with reasonable prices. There is a small forest for a quick walk.
The personnel was very kind and helpful. The place is super nice and have 3 small 15 min walking paths to walk no dogs allowed. We discover is a sugar shack... Cabane à sucre... But they do it in the traditional way. Is exactly what we where looking for so waiting for next year to go and have the real experience.
On their site they mention a 1st saturday of the month activity for kids at 10h30 without any reservation mention. I got there and the house was closed, tried to call a couple of time and someone finally answered telling me the class was full and with reservation only. There was literally 1 car in the parking and the place was locked. I really think the person lied to me. Will never go back there ever again.
Cool place, nice events for adults. Great for kids as well, they have lots of activities.
Nice museum/gallery and we learned a lot.
Amazing place that offers a guided tour. The neighborhood is particularly beautiful. Best time to visit ~ May to Aug for soothing summer treat.
The information was great, but no activity for the kids so they got bored. The whole tour was in French which also made it difficult for them to keep an interest. As a francophone, I would give it 4 stars. Since my kids are anglos, I'm taking one star off.
Nice place to learn about the First Nations history and discover when available beautiful art exhibition. Good for kids' culture.
What an incredible site! This beautiful land situated in the majestic Mont St. Hilaire mountain range holds some of the most beautiful forest lines with spectacular views.
This place is really special, the food is very good, the dessert wawwwwww, the museum is nice as well the presentation is very good. Dancing around the fire, seeing how the maple syrup was done. You should go and enjoy
