This is the perfect sort of small coffeeshop experience. From the food to the atmosphere and service, everything was quick and the person helping me was very nice and informative. I recommend the Asiago cheese bagel and mango smoothie!Food: 5/5
Place is cute. Coffee not good. And I mean NOT GOOD. They stiff you on espresso shots. They use half a shot as one. I ordered 16oz and was told there’s 2 shots in. All I tasted was milk. Got “one” more shot. It made it better but then I saw that it’s 1/2 a shot that was poured in my coffee. Don’t recommend. Ladies - super nice, but I’m not there to make friends, I’m there to have a good coffee. *** thank you for your reply, and yes I was told there were two shots in it already, but they’re very small; the little cup used for shots is half way full when considered to be a full size shot. That’s not enough for the amount of milk used. That tiny metal cup used for shots should be full. I worked as a barista and that’s not adequate to the amount of milk in 16oz cup. Your service is very good, just work on a product.
They're so nice and comfortable and they use great coffee
Nice little coffee shop, however there were a few things that could be improved upon. The pros were that the frappuccino was pretty good and the atmosphere was homey, pretty much what you'd expect at a coffee shop. The cons were, however, bad enough that I felt justified in detracting a couple stars. Coffee shops are typically a bit pricey, but the prices here seemed to be a bit higher than usual. I can put up with that if the coffee quality is also increased significantly, but I couldn't make an accurate conclusion on that based on a single frappuccino. Secondly, the straw was quite thin which can be a real pain if you want to do anything more than slowly sip at the drink. And while this in itself isnt completely awful, the large chunks of unblended ice were. Not to mention the combination of the two made drinking the frappuccino completely impossible since ice would just clog the straw. I had to just wait til the ice melted, which obviously took away enjoyment of the drink. So, bottom line: I didnt have a great experience but that doesnt mean you wont or that they cant improve the things that bothered me. Perhaps they may not be able to reduce prices due to being a small local shop, but they can control what straws they buy and how much the frozen drinks are blended. Edit: I returned and got some espresso this time. It wasn't the best Ive ever had, but it was pretty good. Ill probably return again in the future.
The Paris tea and white chocolate raspberry scone were delicious! The server was excellently helpful and pleasant! The only negative is that it gets really noisy in there while you are dining in when each coffee is made. Makes it really hard to hear your conversation for about a minute. Really quaint place in Zeeland!
What a great coffee shop! Alyssa was so friendly and helpful. She answered some questions and offered a variety of options for customized drinks. I ordered an iced milky way, which was a delicious treat! I'm excited to try more drinks from here!
Amazing fresh baked food! Really unique and delicious coffee flavors. The people who work there are super friendly too. They use uncommon coffee roasters for their espresso supplier, and it gives their coffee a very smooth and flavorful taste.
This is my favorite coffee shop in West Michigan. Their espresso is so smooth and their drinks have significantly more flavor than other said chain shops in the area. I always recommend this place when out of town guests are in the area. It is too good to pass up!
Very friendly and helpful. I wanted a green iced tea, and even though it isn't really on the menu they made it for me. Accommodating, good atmosphere, great place to get great coffee, baked goods and cheerful smiles! This place is great :
Great coffee products and a great staff that is customer focused. I appreciate the WIFI and all that is done for the customers to make visits there a pleasant experience. Frequent menu changes / specials make for a dynamic choice of products.
