The entrance to the train station parking lot was blocked due to construction. I had to drive around construction trucks and barely managed to park. However, there was no information about construction in Stouffville Go station on the GO Train website.nnBecause of the delay, I saw the train doors close right in front of me and couldn’t get on.nnTo avoid causing inconvenience to customers, important information like this should be shared on the website.
Located on main Street in Stouffville. Take the go train all the way to Downtown Union Station in Toronto, you miss all the slow traffic. Parking is adjacent.
I was there last October 2024. At Union Station everyone were more than helpful. At the Stouffville Station 1 It was closed 2 The car for Handycap people stop as far away from the Station as possible. Didn't know how to get a taxi. 3 Going back to Union Station the Go train wasn't working. I used Uber to get to Union Station. 4 At Union Station everyone were wonderful. They made sure to get me back on the Via Rail back to Sarnia.
Small train station. Go trains come every 30 minutes at rush hours but at other times, you need to take a bus to Mount Joy and transfer onto the train there.
Cute station building and convenient to get to Toronto, but very limited parking spot. I have to ask friends to drop me off whenever I am using this Go station.
