Hands down worst cleaning services I've had. I had booked a move in clean and had specified that I needed it cleaned well because there was an elderly person moving in. They advertised cleaning the windows etc. Anyways, there were literal grease footprints on the floor when I came back, they had not cleaned in the closets, so much dist on the baseboards and bars. The bathroom floor looked not vaccumed. For paying close to $600 it was literally like they stole my money. It took 3 weeks for them back and forth with me to address my complaint...only for them to offer me 25% off, which was ridiculous since they offer to reclean the house for FREE. I told them that was not an option.for the elderly person, literally had to reclean the entire house myself, and they still didn't care to refund me the full amount. I told them at least 75% was appropriate, but they refused. Only went to 40% and btw manager avoided talking to me or even giving me a call back. Don't book here.
Teresa was extremely friendly and helpful in discussing services with me and helping me book my first clean. Nancy and Denise did a great job and worked fast as well. Very happy to have found a reliable and efficient service!Service: Standard cleaning
