Friday morning woke up with blocked kitchen sink and boiler not working. Temperatures were minus outside. I am single mum with a child. After phoning few other local companies with no success, Adrian was first who picked up the phone. He was at the other job but explained possible solutions and offered same day help. Withing less than two hours Adrian was at my address. He immediately diagnosed that boiler's condense pipe is blocked due to the sink blockage, in which case boiler switches off into safety mode, because pipes are connected. Adrian had no time to look at the sink due to other job arrangement, but was able to clear boiler condense pipe using some pressure tool within five minutes. The boiler started working, so at least I had heating back. He advised that I would need to unblock sink as boiler will shut off again when water will reach its level within the pipe. Seeing how professionally Adrian dealt with the job, I honestly didn't want to look for anybody else to deal with the sink blockage. Despite it is not his regular job, Adrian kindly agreed to help me and came back the next day. Again, using professional tools within 20 min the blockage was cleared and problems sorted. Adrian charged reasonable price and I have saved his number for any future emergencies. He is a professional who doesn't waste time on talking, but rather provides fast and professional service. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent service from Adrian. After I noticed a leak from my boiler, I contacted him who came promptly and diagnosed the issue. He gave me a couple of options and recommended me the best way to proceed.
Adrian is a lovely bloke. He gives straight forward, practical advice. He gets on with the job with no nonsense and at a good price. Highly recommend!

Absolutely brilliant , got up to no heating or hot water , I rang Adrian he was here within around 30 mins , I was so worried because not only , is it freezing outside it was a Saturday , but he done the job and got it working what an absolute star very highly recommended
Really pleased with work carried out. Without prior knowledge of the layout of my home Adrian got straight on with fitting my new boiler. Happy to answer any questions I felt like I was getting an experts advice. Having finished the job, Adrian took great care to clear up any mess and the from the standard of the job it was clear he takes pride in his work. It really was a great experience from start to finish and I won’t hesitate in recommending Adrian and also using his services again.
Adrian did an amazing job - I was advised by other companies to change the boiler completely, when Adrian came in and recommended a repair & thorough service of the boiler. Ended up saving us a lot of money, boiler works beautifully and is so quiet now! Adrian turned up on time, did the job in a very clean & professional manner, I will definitely recommend & use again in the future!
We've used Adrian on few occasions. On his last visit we had a leak from a boiler on Saturday night. Adrian responded immediately, showing up early next day. He's very friendly and polite, always delivering high quality service accompanied by affordable price. Happy to recommend.
Adrian come really quick to give us a quote for a new central heating system on our new home, he give us a good deal, so we aggre and next day Adrian come really prompt to start the agreed work. He change the old system with a new one and all the radiators and pipe work, he also install a new shower and for us at a good price as well.
