Terrible experience. Booked an appointment for lash fills at this spa (hadn't been here before, just moved) and waited 40 minutes before I was seen. Staff were all very friendly. Once I got in the room, the lash technician used lash pads, which I was used to, except they felt like they were old and/or dried out. They didn't stick at all to my skin and it was very uncomfortable. Next, the lash tech spent 15 minutes trying to open the glue and didn't have the supplies ready. By the time she started putting my lashes on, it had already been one hour since my scheduled appointment. After the appointment was done, I couldn't open my eyes. The lash tech did not even notice this until I said something. Many of my lashes were stuck together (probably because the lash pads were old and couldn't hold down my lower lashes). After taking a closer look in the mirror when I got home, some lashes were stuck to my actual eyelid and one was on the lower lash line. I had an event to go to and didn't have time to go back to get them fixed. I called multiple times and left a message asking to get my money back as my lashes were in pain, but they refused to give me my money back. Will never go here again or recommend lash services at this place.
