Magisterial District Court 06-1-01

I normally wouldn't give a district judge a bad review but in this case she deserves it. My daughter accused me of harassing her in this case, she's 23 and in a relationship with a violent boyfriend who not only beats her but also her boy who is 5 and their child together who is 2. He was arrested for child abuse and assault of the 5 year old. i know because I turned him in .After which my daughter accused me of harassing her to the police when taking the oldest boys father to visit him. The police officer would not file charges so she did and the district attorney allowed it. I ended up in sue Mac's office and who shows up to testify that I harassed my daughter ,yep the child beater. The judge refused to allow me to cross examine him and the other witnesses. I was told there was no time and not to interupt her even with testimony and a video showing I didn't harass anyone. It was very clear i was not allowed to actually have a real hearing. Well she found me guilty, she said it's illegal to call ocy and lie. After my attorney fee and a few days off work preparing and the actual trial. I was found not guilty. The judge said it was a case of melocious prosecution. All this could of been avoided if Sue would of had an actual hearing the first time. She has obviously read this and has still offered me no apology. Sue I never lied to ocy I was being a parent and will continue to be a parent with no help from you.shame on you for abusing your power.
