They are horrible. I asked how much an undercut trim would cost and the lady said 10$ before she started and after said it was 20$. Absolutely terrible service as well. Do not recommend.

I asked how much a neck shave service would cost and the lady said 10$ and after my service, the lady charged me $20 and said she quoted me wrong before she started. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Do not recommend.

Good haircuts, just NOT the "budget" prices you'd expect from a Magicuts. I brought my son there expecting to pay about $15 with tip and ended up paying closer to $35. Still not outrageous, and it was a decent job for sure, just a little misleading in terms of expectations. Otherwise a fine place!

I called and got an appointment the same day. I haven’t had my hair cut in two years as I donated it all. The lady cut it exactly the way I wanted and was very fast. Great price too. I took my Mom a few weeks later. They dyed and cut it to how they thought would look good. They did an awesome job! We will definitely be going back on a regular basis.

Great service and friendly staff plus a great cut

Sita is the best. While in Vancouver she cut my hair for over 2 years, and now that I am staying at Victoria, I don't hesitate to travel to Vancouver to have my hair cut by her. An extremely sweet lady as well.

First time there.  Hair stylists were lovely.  I had super long hair and wanted a choppy messy extremely short cut. I got exactly what I wanted.  Thanks to Goody my stylist  Totally will go back

I am rating it 2 stars since it was very unpleasant for my partner to book an appointment and not being able to get his haircut. Another people that was a "walk-in" was serviced before him, eventhough he arrived at the right time. This is very disrespectful. He took time off work, booked a shared car and arrived on time just to be told to wait for someone else to have a full hair cut just when his slot was starting. The person had not even sat down on the chair when he arrived. Not coming back or referring to anyone.Service:&nbsp;Hairstyling
