The Canadian Employee Relocation Council provides training for realtors and relocation specialists, Patti has earned the CERC designation. She is also an Accredited Buyer's Representative and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. All of these designations require special training and educational requirements.

As a volunteer, Patti served on the Board of Directors for the local Canadian Cancer Society and chaired several fundraisers; Relay for Life, Taking Steps, Razz Ma Taz and What Women Want. She also served on the Board of Directors for the MacDonald -Hill Home for Aids and volunteered there, as well as organizing The Great Cardboard Boat Regatta as a fundraiser for a number of years.
Born and raised in Sarnia, Patti is married and a mother of two grown children and enjoys travel, quilting and gardening. She is an enthusiastic student and is constantly upgrading her skills to improve her level of service to her clients.
