Decent theater and wonderful staff. I was there on the weekend and the fire alarm went off. It wasn't a real alarm. The manager was so nice she gave everyone a free ticket to see whatever show we wanted. Seats were comfortable and its well priced.
Love Tuesday cheap night. But let's get real movie are never really cheap. I do understand it's hard to stay afloat in today's economy. I'm glad they're here.
We booked our child's birthday party at Fort Cinema even though we've never been there before, aside from grabbing some take home popcorn. Upon contacting the theatre, the communication informing us of pricing, what's included, additional options and answering a multitude of questions we had.nnIt was quite simple to get all of the kids orders for their popcorn, drinks, and treats for the movie, and even delivered it out to everyone in the theatre once they were seated. The seats were all reserved and their luxury reclining seats, which was awesome.nnWe opted for the additional birthday party room booking following the movie, which was great. They kept all of the gifts behind the counter during the movie, along with any additional food we brought eg. cake, fruit, chips, etc.. Upon finishing the movie, we found everything had been moved into the party room by the staff, so it was very seamless for us. We preordered some pizzas from Pizza 73 which is right across the street, which made things quite simple as well.nnWe had a great experience at Fort Cinema and highly recommend their birthday party packages as well as the theatre itself. The cost was quite reasonable as well compared to other options for children's birthday parties.nnThe only downfall I found is that it's hard to know exactly which movies will be playing for sure until the week of your party, given that they only have 3 screens and some movies turnover quickly depending on screening agreements and how the movie is doing at the box office in general.
The staff are amazing and the popcorn is exactly what you'd expect at a theater.
They were really good,they accepted my access 2 card and they have cheap movie tickets and I like how they have cheap prices for concession treats and popcorn and soda pop,I highly recommend it if you live in Fort Saskatchewan and are in the area and want to go to a movie theater and have treats and snacks while watching the movie
