Magic Diamond II Casino

I stop in here from time to time. Was in here monday afternoon. The lady that got me checked in was super nice great service. When she left I sat there for 4 hours with no drink no how are u doing no service at all.Not only that but I had a dollar bet going the whole time I was there and had no credit from it. I should have had at least 15 dollars. That is stealing from ur customer and should not be tolerated. Waiting to speak with the manager now if she doesn't do anything im going above her. Will let u know how it turn out. Ok so im still waiting for them to get back to me. Anyone that gambles kniws that playing on a machinr for over 3 hours on a dollar bet will give u more then a couple dollars credit I was basically ripped off about ten dollars or more credit. This lady happened to be jackie. The same obe that was mentioned in the review before mine. Why this lady still has a job is beyond me. Being in the service line of work myself 4 over 15 years does not understand y they would let her still have a job. Ugh so upset

I cannot believe the service that dwells at this location. My Grandmother was threatened by the attendant Jackie at this location. Please email me if you care to discuss this matter with an incredibly upset family. Many of our friends who frequent this location are appalled by the rude and unprofessional behavior here. A shame that even my grandmother is treated with such disrespect at this casino.
