Maggie's Krooked Cafe

My girlfriend and I drove down from St. Johnsbury VT to enjoy some hiking in the Catskills. We decided to stop here thinking we could get a quick breakfast. Don't hold your breath. I've been in the food and hospitality industry for 14 years, and my girlfriend is a cop. We walked in and were immediately greeted by Maggie herself! With a giant smile on her face and a hug! Menus were on the table so we browsed then I noticed there wasn't a waitress around. Maggie basically was busting ass on her own! Then she brought all the customers a complementary fruit plate! Fresh papaya, watermelon, and an amazing fig. I thought the price was steep when I first looked at the menu, until I realized how much food and LOVE was on the plate. I took most of it back to the hotel. I will never forget Maggie's!

Great place. They have all day breakfast which is yummy. And the portions are huge. Really good to have after a strenuous hike. The service is a bit slow though

Food was good but took us over an hour to get it and the server forgot the water I and for for a very long time.

I don't even like pancakes and I love them here. Maggie is a delight and the food and juices are wonderful. A must for breakfast / brunch if you are in the area!

Delicious, fresh, healthy food, interesting and "artsy" décor, and very friendly staff.
