LOVE me some Maestro's pizza! I don't understand the bad reviews. I've ordered MANY times in the last year. Always fresh, great ingredients, and generous with the toppings. IMO, way better than the big chains.Food: 5/5
Just received our order of 2 medium pizzas and a pound of wings. One pizza arrived uncut which I can deal with. Wings overcooked and dry - see photo. Not exactly gourmet.
Needs quality control on deep dish pizza.. twice it has been amazing and was Chicago style. The last time I ordered it, it was just an over cooked thick crust pizza. 5 stars because I like to support local and the pizza has previously been amazing and because Omar is a king. But the last order was very disappointing. If I don’t get a response guaranteeing the pizza will be quality on this post.. I probably won’t order again because it’s not worth $30+ to be disappointed.
Their "deep dish pizza" that is pictured on Uber Eats is nothing like the one you receive -- a massive crust with scant toppings. Genuinely terrible. Spent a long time trying to find a place to order deep dish from, ordered based off the picture, and not even *close* to a proper deep dish pizza, especially not the nice one they have an image of. Also, we ordered their cheesy garlic bread and there was next to no cheese AND it was completely burnt. All in all, you'd be better off buying a frozen pizza than getting *anything* from this place. Oh and their delivery dude? Ignored the instructions and pounded on my neighbour's door over and over and over again. Not a single redeeming factor to this place.
My wife and I have picked up pizza and wings twice from here and will choosing to get any pizzas from here from now on! The pizza tastes fresh and delicious and the garlic bread and wings are also of good quality. The gluten free pizza crust is much better than the bigger pizza chains offerings and word is the keto crusts are on par as well. Thank you Omar + Crew for your delicious pizzas!
Always a great dinner when we get pizza from Maestro Omar! We love the deep dish option and the price can’t be beat!!
Is this place under new ownership? Ordered a pizza for pickup. Was told 25 minutes. Arrived to pick it up and stood there for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Pizza hadn’t even been started. Never had issues before. Will not be going back.
Fresh ingredients, a step or two above most take out pizza joints. The value is great for the price and portions are on point.
They got one of our 4 pizzas wrong, but they were so good about fixing it 5/5 for customer service.
This place used to be great, but since the renovation, it's got to be some of the worst pizza I've ever had. No exaggeration. The service is still good though
