First time eating at this restaurant. Street parking only - enough space on this one way street. The restaurant is on the smaller size - nice atmosphere and decor. We started with the Tom Kha Gai soup - the flavours were excellent. The size of the soup was smaller than we expected - one large serving or smaller bowls if you were sharing it. The chicken skewers were perfectly cooked and had a very nice peanut dipping sauce. The Pad See Ew was a nice noodle dish with chicken and broccolini's. Some of the prices were more than what we have paid at other Thai restaurants with the same size of dish - this was the only drawback to this meal. Delicious food at this restaurant. The server was friendly and attentive.
Very good food and such friendly service! Very helpful staff willing to accommodate dietary needs. We had Pad Thai, spring rolls, Masaman curry, mango salad and Tom kha. Is was all delicious. Try the Tom Kha, it is amazing! Kid-friendliness: Can reduce spice, for those who don't like it hot. Dietary restrictions: Aware of celiac disease can accommodate gluten free needs.
Very friendly staff and delicious food. The dishes tasted fresh and were very filling. The portion sizes were also adequate. One side note is you do have to buy rice.Food: 5/5
Amazing food! I would say best Thai food in the city. Service is very fast and super friendly, and they are easily able to customize dishes great for vegetarians. A must try!
I did a take out. And I loved the spicy wings..perfectly spiced. Im allergies to coconut milk so they accommodated me. However I order Chicken Pad Thai and I got shrimp. So I couldn't eat it but my dogs loved it. Lol. Dietary restrictions: I'm have allergy to coconut milk , sand shrimp . Otherwise it was great
The owner is so cute and super friendly. Authentic Thai food, so make sure to choose mild or non-spicy level if you can’t eat spicy. The pad kee mao and kra pao with crispy pork are highly recommended! Also, the mango sticky rice and Thai iced tea are not too sweet. Def go back here.
My experience was very enjoyable and delicious. I ordered the beef with red curry which is also a lunch special. My order was taken with a smile that was warm and friendly. My food was hot and made entirely fresh. I was surprised to see two spring rolls added to the meal with a yummy dipping sauce. Definitely coming back here to dine in with my whole family!!!
Wow wow wow is all I can say! We had the crab wontons, these are a must. Also had the Kra Prao with crispy pork best we’ve ever had and Pad See Ew with chicken highly recommend Pae is a wonderful cook/owner. If you are looking for authentic home cooked Thai food, then look no further. Beautiful renovated! I cannot wait to see you again Pae
I found out that this place is owned by the daughter of Thidas Thai so I had to try it. I ordered through door dash as I couldn't make it to the restaurant today. It was fantastic. The Thai sausage was perfect, the seafood with flat noodles were great and the papaya salad was also fantastic. The last few Thidas dishes were not up to par and I'm glad Mae Sunee is that quality I have come to expect. I just need to know if the other favorite dishes are too. That will be the next order....I didn't see Kaeng Phet on the menu but I am.hopimg they can make it. I highly recommend this place...nice to have a new Thai food choice.
Was really amazed ambience feels like your in thailand but what i loved are the food, the best thai food in winnipeg. Will definitely keep coming back here!
