The office is very comfortable and has a spa like feeling. It's clean, and nicely decorated. The ladies at the front desk are all really nice. Very personable and friendly. They treat you like human beings, not just another customer. And, I bothered them quite a bit! Every time I emailed the office for something, they replied back immediately. I've had 2 appointments so far, and I have one more scheduled. I have no doubt that I will go back in the future. I met with Edyta for a consultation, and she was wonderful. She definitely knows her stuff! She has done 2 Fractora procedures on me so far, and she explains everything,(no surprises). She's also very calming. And, she made me feel like she really cared about me, not just another "customer". The Fractora is great! The results so far have been amazing! I'm so happy with how it's made my neck look. And, I still have one more! I also had 2 appointments with Maureen for botox/filler. She's awesome, too. Very nice, personable, and we talked like we had known each other for awhile, not a first or second appointment feeling. She is very good at what she does. You can tell she is VERY knowledgable in that field. And, she will do what's right for you, and nothing more. I totally trust her to do anything that she recommends, because I know she has my best interest at heart. I definitely recommend going to MAE Plastic Surgery/Transcend MedSpa. You will not be disappointed!

Dr. Epstein is wonderful! I brought my 10 year old son Shawn to see Dr. Epstein. He had two big moles removed from his face. He was very good at explaining to Shawn what he was doing through the whole process. He did a superb job! You can't even see the scar! He's a great plastic surgeon who really cares about his patients!
