Madison County Attorney

Now this might be pre-emotive but so far I have had no issues at all with the county attorney I am in the process of getting an emergency guardianship for a parent who is in the hospital. But overall the staff has been very polite and helpful I’m not sure how the other individuals were never able to get a hold of anybody so far every time I’ve called there has been a person on the other end to answer the phone and there is no crazy maze of automation that I’ve had to go thru to get to a person unlike other county offices. Now if anything changes for differs from this opinion when I have my business resolved with them I will edit this review

Logan was amazing. She helped me get my traffic ticket dismissed. Unfortunately, she no longer works there. It just hasn’t been the same since she left.

Ms. Haymond just handed me a check for restitution on an employee theft case. We did not expect to ever recover this sizeable loss. Very impressed with her diligence, it's much appreciated. If you're contemplating committing a theft in Madison County, you might want to rethink it. ;

I've had a case open for years now. Nothing has been done, and zero communication with me. I've tried the attorney, and victims advocate via email. I got nothing. I've called in the past and no one ever answers, if they do you leave a message in a void. No wonder lady justice wears a blindfold. She's embarrassed to see what goes on in the justice system. Criminal goes about his life, while the victim goes without. At least that's my 3.5 year experience.

Good luck getting ahold of anyone. Been calling and emailing for 6 weeks left voicemails. Still haven’t received a call/email back. They usually send me straight to voicemail once I ask for a specific person.

Good Luck getting ANYONE on the phone. I tried EVERY extension & was only directed to VM. I left VM’s and never received calls back. Very frustrating! This office needs to be investigated...what are they doing???

Twice I have sought counsel and no help not even tried. County Attorney works for the people of Madison County and as a resident if I want to speak to an attorney I should not be hung up on and directed to civil court. Rude unprofessional unwillingness to help.....shame!

Does not do their job. Misquotes KRS statues to keep from doing anything. I am filing a KY BAR complaint today. Everyone should do the same. That might cause them to actually do something.

I can’t rate the co atty only her staff as I was repeatedly denied conversations by her staff. I am shocked by their behavior.
