This place is en pointe. It stays true to Canadiana with Canadian music and the theme. The staff are nice and it is packed with locals. A good sign. They actually smoke their food at the location. A great place to stop by.
Love everything about this place! The drinks, the food, the atmosphere, the staff - all fantastic! The Canadian theme is so well done! And the fireplace is a great focal point!
We went in for a beer and take-out and it was lovely. The food was ready faster than expected, servers were helpful, and everything tasted amazing. We ordered wings, fish tacos, mac and cheese balls, calamari and spinach dip and we were not disappointed! I will definitely come back to dine in and try more of the menu. They have many TVs set up to watch sports also. Somehow they balanced a quiet dinner ambiance and sports bar really well. I can't wait to try the patio next summer.
Whiskey BBQ wing are to die for... the service was quick and food was freshly cooked and hot... the staff was very friendly and welcoming. But for being a Whiskey Pub you couldn't buy any Whiskey to take home just house blended.. Will recommend and I will return in the near future
Ordered a Taco salad at $18 off the menu to be charged $22 when I received the bill. Was not impressed at all. The quality of the salad was not good. The bowl was over cooked. Was not served with salsa or sour cream. Worst taco salad I have had in a long time. Sorry we won't be back anytime soon. It was way to noisy and cold draft from door. To top it off my husband had cold fries with his fish and chips.

Nothing special This was the second time we have tried M.I.C. The first time was last summer and we were less than impressed about the calibre of food we received given the high recommendations. We chalked it up due to the fact we were a large party plus there was a second large party in the restaurant that evening so not unfeasible for the kitchen to struggle. With that in mind we decided to give it a second try. Our impression didn’t improve. My husband ordered the mushrooms Neptune, the flavour was ‘good’ however the cream cheese over powered the mushroom and the filling was room temperature at best. I ordered the 8oz sirloin with the bay of Fundy Gravy. For a price equal to what I would pay at the Keg I would expect more than a grocery store quality steak and chopped seafood. A thicker cut would’ve ensured a proper cook on the steak and whole scallops and shrimp would’ve been preferred. One party at our table ordered the chicken stuffed with brie. The chicken was horribly over cooked and dry, and we are assuming due to this the brie had all oozed out. The other 2 people at our table ordered the rib dinners and the ribs were good but that’s where that ended. The beans were undercooked, hard and chalky still and the gravy was comparable to beef bouillon. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement. It was Super Bowl Sunday that we went but it was well before the game started and the restaurant was not overly busy with diners but admittedly they were busy with take out orders. It felt as though the in house diners were a second thought and our meals sat under a heat lamp for far too long. All in all I would say the food is mediocre at best and the prices are high for what you get. I personally will not recommend MIC and will not return.
I was a first time customer this afternoon. Amazing customer service. Delicious food. Couldn't have asked for a better experience or a nicer group of staff. You can tell they've got their $hit together and I'm really looking forward to my next visit! Well done M.I.C. Well done.Food: 5/5
MiC has been consistently great ever since it opened. While most other local restaurants start out fantastic and then the quality and quantity of food gradually decreases, this place maintains a superb level of service and delicious menu. I definitely recommend eating here, you won't be disappointed.Food: 5/5
Had a great lunch - spinach salad with salmon. The salmon was incredibly tasty! The place feels very Canadian :- They had a ton of beer to choose from, many which I assume are local as our server said they did not have any imported beer.
