I went to Mad Monkey with small embroidery order that was not accepted at other shops. They were very professional and efficient with the whole process - overall very satisfied with end result, will definitely be returning. As a bonus, I got to bring my dog in to say hi to the staff!

Zul and his team are awsome to work with. From julie at the reception to tyler our sales person and robert the designer our company is well taking care for our marketing needs. These guys are professional grade. A+ work. Laura is a total rockstar. Basically met once, gave her next to no direction apparel is not my forte, and she ran with everything and crushed it. Baseball hats, stocking hats, golf polos & long sleeves, t-shirts, sweaters, even jackets and toques. Got it all back in a very reasonable turnaround time. Communication is a 10. Set expectations very well. Finished product practically identical to mock ups I was provided. I'll be sending everyone here moving forward.
