I'm not a huge mac and cheese fan but I have to say that this place is really good. Could be the best man and cheese that I've ever had. I'll make it a point to go back to get more next time I'm in the area. I had bbq chicken and my wife had baked potato mac&cheese. Both were outstanding. Give it a try, you wont be sorry.
I used to think that Mac and cheese, was just Mac and cheese. I thought that there is no way I'm paying for some doctored up cheese noodles. Oh that opinion has changed, drastically. The buffalo chicken bowl is damn good. Perfectly sauced to keep the buffalo sause from overpowering everything else. The chicken is moist and tender and the Bleu cheese is topping the food perfectly. Been back twice and even bought a second bowl to have in the morning. It's called the 3 Little Piggies. Ham, bacon and pulled pork. I'll let you review that on your own. Parking: Has an out of the way entrance to the parking lot. Be careful. The drive thru for the bank and path to other restaurant has blind corners.
Came on a Monday night for dinner and the food is incredible! But the cleanliness of the store and service quality was lacking. It was not busy at all and the same girl taking orders kept trying to deliver food to the wrong people. Only 3 people ordered total while we were there including me so how that kept getting messed up is odd. The drink station was quite messy the entire 40 minutes we were there. Again, it was not busy at all this night.
Delicious, good understandable menu with a nice variety of offerings. Only complaint is it's odd position of location, if you miss the turn into the little business park, suddenly you're on the freeway and there's nothing you can do about it.
The large photos on the wall of children are amazing. They set this restaurant apart from others. Such unique food, and great customer service!Food: 5/5
Ventured into Macs for a late lunch. This location is fairly new and the space was well laid out. Stepping up to the counter, wasn't sure exactly what to order. The staff here was spot on with recommendations. Savory, spicy amd sweet.. we settled for a Buffalo Chicken and a Chicken, Bacon Ranch Mac, regular portions along with a Patty Melt on wheat. The Macs are server in a mini griddle pan, piping hot, so don't touch. Everything about the space, feels like cheese, even the booths are cheddar color. Really liked fountain drinks are all you care to drink and service was friendly and attentive
Terrible experience! Waited over 20 minutes for our food before walking to the front to ask and the staff was not paying any attention to their food orders. There were multiple food orders ready in the food window. Our food came out cold and very runny. We had 2 of the exact same order come out differently. All 3 dishes were very runny and the sauce was not mixed well as you could see the separation of but in the sauce. The only positive from our experience here was the store manager being helpful! Probably won't come to this location again as we have had much better experiences at other locations.
Update: over a year later, this place still rocks. Places like Noodles & Co wish they were Mac's. The Taco Mac is . Now we just need to get a Mac's in Rock county! Incredible food and super helpful and nice staff. Aaron was very friendly and was always busy taking orders or cleaning. Noodles weren't overdone and the special menu items were very flavorful. Leagues better than their closest competitors.

What a great idea! Absolutely love Macs. I live in Pennsylvania but go out to Wisconsin to work on occasion. A co-worker turned me on to Macs. At first I wasn't excited to try it but went anyway. Man, am I glad I did! I could eat there every day. Macs, if you're listening and want to partner with someone in PA, respond to this. I'm not kidding. Everyone should try Macs and decide fir yourselves. You won't be disappointed.
