Gail will not fight for you ... she Will let things go into the sky and she will not use the law to fixate what your rights are .... Anything she writes up she doesn’t confront in court ... will Not get more than table amount even if the man is worth nothing she will not request bank information letters from employers T4’s ... will never investigate hard proof from the payor because she does not want to do the work after she gets some results that the person is fraudulent. Gail just expects you to ride on your own coat tails and live life away from Your human rights , She claims it as “tuff love” she should retire and I have no idea why she still a lawyer. She wouldnt even stand up in court and represent me she actually asked the judge if she could remain seated as if my situation was not important..... as I have a disabled son gail didn’t take this into consideration in 3 years .... my ex Was working cash and she couldn’t even catch him , She didn’t ask for bank statements /didn’t ask for T4’s/ Didn’t push retro active as the man never paid me since our son was born. Gail doesn’t care and her receptionist Lynette doesn’t care neither. They will both lie and say that she’s in court just so she doesn’t have to answer your serious questions they will avoid you for weeks and they will call you only a couple days before your court appearance comes. I received custody because it was given to me from my child’s father If he fight me I wouldn’t have won with Gail. Gail did nothing for me but waste my time and Have me agree on the lowest order of $180 a month child support when it was previously set to 300$ What lawyer expects you to take less bc he lost his job ? Child support is based on the year previous so Gail just let that slide , was all Gail did ....... & this man was on the books she didn’t even request letters from the boss/ letters from where he banked to compare & trace money ..... typically it shows that there was a lazy judge involved as well but I walked away with nothing. I’ve even went to court appearances and watched her take on other peoples case as an emergency telling me that I’d have to wait I waited for nothing I ended up with nothing I believe people should be reimbursed for not getting what they paid you for time in court ! Now when I return to fight again 2.5 years later I will represent myself and win- I believe this very much . in request of the payors documents / proof when a bs story is told attach photos / employee names and so on That’s a lawyers job isn’t it ? That’s what I thought too .......... I have learned so much from being Gail’s client that she didn’t protect me or my son I like her personally but lawfully she wasted my time / money and sanity .

She is a brilliant litigator and super easy to get along with.
