The MacNeill School Community Council (MSCC) is a volunteer committee comprised of parents, community members, students and staff of MacNeill Elementary School. We meet once a month during the school year to support student learning and well-being within our school. In the words of Uncle Budd, our community will strive to "Be The Best You Can Be" and "Do the Best that You Can Do."
Our meetings are open to all and free babysitting is provided
