A friend from Indiana took me here last Saturday at the end of our vacation in the UP. Purchased frozen whitefish and smoked whitefish. It was EXCELLENT!!! The meal was a hit back in Indiana!!! Before you hit the bridge to go back home, make sure you stop here!!!!
Bought two pounds of salmon before I drove home to Brighton. The next day I discovered that it was white fish instead of salmon. Really, the sakes people can’t tell the smoked fish apart.
