The ice cream was excellent. The ice cream shop is made out of an old fashioned double decker bus. The flavors were unique and tasted wonderful. We sat at the tables outside and enjoyed our ice cream !!! It is a must stop for an awesome cone or bowl of ice cream. It came in a variety of sizes even ones small enough for the little ones.
Cool place, your able to get into the drivers seat if the bus- which is pretty fun for the kids. Good portion sizes, friendly staff.
We got there early to get ice cream before the fireworks started but they were VERY slow! So plan on standing in line for a good while.
6/7/2021…Great food. Wonderful staff. May have a little wait to get in, but worth the wait. U can sit on a patio, inside… and they have a bar as well for spirits. It’s a great place. Check it out!
So convenient and so good. Lots of options for flavors and best of all, you can walk the pier while eating. We will be back for sure!
Ice cream selection is excellent and the staff is top notch. We had six kids with us, the young gals that were working were extremely patient and kind. They seemed to be a great working team. If you’re up to it, climb the steps to the upper level for a glorious view.
love how they made structure around double decker bus. Have ice cream & plenty of outside seating. still great weather middle of September so still pretty busy on weekend events.
The ice cream was delicious Staff was friendly and patient as we had 5 kids ordering and it was a tad chaotic at times. The top of the bus is functional. It has additional seating. We chose to eat outside on the patio seating available but the kids had fun running up to go in and look out the windows. We will be returning when back in area
Prices are clearly posted and the flavors are distinct and delicious. Be kind to the young workers!
The double decker bus is certainly eye-catching, but the ice cream was terrible. I ordered a soft serve turtle sundae and my wife got a black cherry hard ice cream w/ waffle cone. The sundae was awful. The whip cream was runny and dripping before the server even gave it to me. There was almost no caramel, no chocolate whatsoever, tons of pecans on one side of the dish, and the ice cream was melting. I took a couple of bites and ended up throwing the rest away. My wife said that her cone was not very good. The quality of the ice cream seemed supbar, and it just didn't have much flavor. She ended up ditching most of the ice cream and just eating the waffle cone. Maybe it was just a bad night, but we certainly won't be going back. Hopefully your experience is better than ours. They were pretty busy, but it must not be from return business.
