I initially wanted to give this hospital 1 star due to the understaffed emergency room on early Saturday morning. My mom, who had been hit by a car, had to wait seven hours before receiving treatment. However, I am giving 5 stars because of the exceptional care provided by a healthcare worker named Lorraine. During the latter part of the night, Lorraine took great care of my mom, frequently checking on her and making sure she had everything she needed. Lorraine patiently answered all my questions and explained all the details of my mom’s situation. I also want to express my gratitude to a paramedic, a lady whose name I unfortunately do not remember. I truly felt your care and encouragement towards my mom. I hope you see this review and always remember my heartfelt appreciation.
Mackenzie Health Richmond Hill Hospital is a very good hospital. Well respectfully Doctors, Nurses and Other support staff/ workers.
Uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room.nI want to expand on my review.nI was in emergency again and again there was a long wait seven hours. And when they took the tests from me, they forgot about me. And when I asked the doctor what was going on?, he was very surprised ...are you still here? and then they urgently sent me home. And of course, the chairs in which I sat and waited for the doctor's decision, tortured me more than allowed me to rest torture machine. I have big problems with my back and I am not the only one. In this emergency, they conduct diagnostics, but at the same time you go home completely exhausted.
Recently need emergency treatment. Staff were all very professional and the waiting time was not very long.nA big thank you to the entire staff, nurses and doctors and everyone else that makes that hospital run.
The worst hospital, it was and still very very bad. Six years ago I had been here and I got a very bad experience!? And today I came with my wife for a special exam, but we are having same bad experience. Nothing to say?! Big corrupted system we live in.
