it is in the cutest little town and their ice cream flavours are so rich! it did not taste like any generic ice cream even if you get a basic flavour. moreover they have a huge variety of flavours to pick from.
The seasonal rum egg nog ice cream...I have not had such great ice cream in a long time! Get there quick! Spend time looking at the old artifacts in the shop. Quite fascinating, the history of the red and white store, and old photographs and ledgers.nnThe floor staff were young adults who seem to love their job. They gave good recommendations on what flavour to pick since there is a lot to choose from!nPrice is also good. Not over inflated.nnI'm just sorry they aren't in Winnipeg!
Such a good choice of flavours, my kids, partner and I loved all of our ice creams. I thought they were very reasonably priced considering what I pay in the UK now for half of the flavour. Wish we had came earlier in the trip so we had time to revisit but there is always next time!
Mackay’s Ice Cream is so good that it’s always busy, and for good reason! The lineups show just how loved this place is. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of flavor, with so many choices to pick from. Even when it’s crowded, the staff are quick and friendly, and the treat is always worth the wait. A must-visit spot for anyone who loves great ice cream!
Amazing Ice cream’s flavour and vibe. Shop is opened since 1944 and it’s same owners third generation.
