honestly, not even 1 star , Very poorly managed. Old school system .
This office is run very poorly. The wait time is ridiculous. No matter in what part of the day your appointment is, you end up waiting over an hour or two. Very disappointing and disrespectful towards patients. There is a lot of space for improvement.
We like Dr. MacIntosh, she did two surgeries for my Mom and everything went well, including all follow up visits, very professional. Yes, I have to agree on the waiting time, it can be really bad over two hours even if you have an appointment, but I think it's common with doctor's appointments.
