We will never use this company again … the owner Nathan doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing …. We had to have our holding tank emptied twice this year which has never happened before … on Nathan’s advice we had our holding tank dug up so they could replace the pipe for a bigger one … after doing this they never showed up to replace it … Nathan didn’t even have the balls to call us and had his secretary call to say their truck was broken down and we haven’t heard from them since that was 14 days ago …. But thankfully a respectable company Blue Heron Landscaping fixed it … they even showed up in the rain …… MACGREGORS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL save your money don’t use Nathan the LOSER
I had this company pour a basement for me. The basement was fine but they left a solid heap of cement over 2 m long in my backyard. It’s going to cost me a few hundred dollars to pay someone to break it up and haul it away. Not happy.nnSo I finally had it broken up by a mining engineer after 2 years of fruitless discussions with the company. It was 28 hours hard labour with a 10 pound sledgehammer and quarrying chisels. They won't even pick up the debris- over 2 tons of it according to the engineer. So it's going to cost me an additional $200 to tip it at the landfill, and 5 - 6 trips with a 1 ton pick-up.nnThe debris left behind by this company has cost me almost as much as the basement.
Never would I recommend this company to anyone. If your work is as terrible as your driving then wow. I almost got killed by someone driving one of your vehicles today, pure carelessness and uncalled for. People need to realize that driving like morons is dangerous, and when you're in a company vehicle it's dangerous AND stupid. Cheers
