I wasn't exactly happy when i purchased my SUV, after the deal was made we went into the room to sign the papers and they presented us with a huge "scare tactics sales pitch" to buy extended warranty along with showing us some used parts that could go wrong with the car that would cost us thousands if they failed, also they made promises during the deal that they did not keep. They agreed to pay for the license plates in which when we went to pick up the car i ended up paying for. I filled in the review afterwards and was never contacted. We recently bought a new car for my wife and we went elsewhere. The service personal there are very good i give them 5 stars but the salespeople there like to nickel and dime you.

I came in last week and I had the privilege of getting Bob as a salesman, He was great ! I purchased and picked up my truck just yesterday and I am so happy with it! Bob went through everything with me, unlike some other dealerships I had been too, there was no questionable extra costs added to my bill, everything was explained, and he had tried everything to get me the best deal. Once we went out to view the truck he sits with you and goes through all the features, helps set your phone up etc. I highly recommend Macfarlane Chevrolet to anyone, Thanks for the great service Bob !

Had a great experience buying a new truck at MacFarlane! We worked with Corey, Paul, and Jason on the sales side, and their honest, straightforward approach was appreciated and highly recommended! After having problems working with a dealership in London, it was most definitely worth the drive to Petrolia. We will be back!
