I showed Danielle a picture of what I wanted and she absolutely nailed it! The most gorgeous bouquets.
I received a bouquet from this shop for my birthday. Flowers and leaves were quite dirty and not fresh at all! Had to throw away half the bouquet 2 days later, half was literally all faded … Quite a disappointment!! I do not recommend to order from this shop especially over the phone!! Update: The flower shop contacted me following this review. They were very sorry and sent another bouquet the following day. Thank you!
Nice and polite but it doesn't translate into quality in anyway. Very poor arrangement skills. I am sure they try their best but the result is nowhere near the product presented in the photos. This is what an "inspired" arrangement looks in reality. this is my third attempt and all failed
Unmatched customer service! Couldn't have been better! Macarthur's went above and beyond to ensure my arrangement was exactly as I requested and more importantly delivered by the time I required. I appreciate that they took time to contact me to confirm my requests and to have changes approved. I am new to the area province I am happy to say I have found my new florist! Thank you again for such incredible service! You truly made the moment special.
I was a little disappointed to pay nearly $70 for a dozen yellow roses for my daughter's graduation, only to see them looking wilted and crepey when I got to the car. Put in water with the included packet, and the day after pickup they're turning brown in some spots.

I am so pleased with my gorgeous sunflowers. I wanted to surprise my mom with beautiful flowers, and I couldn’t have asked for better. First and foremost, the service was impeccable. Rachel was very understanding of my needs and she was able to create what I had envisioned, and better! Second, Like I said, the product was fresh and lasted long. I couldn’t be happier with me experience.
