Best convenience store on upper James, Romy for president
Disrespectful and entirely unreasonable experience with staff. Will boycott and encourage others to. Our experience: On a holiday, with the parking lot completely, COMPLETELY empty, I pulled up beside the store and let my wife out will I waited work my children in the van. We were blocking no road, driveway, or parking spot, and again, the twenty or so spot parking lot was barren of vehicles and traffic. Still, the manager decided to insult and disrespect us for not using one of the parking spaces and come out to wave us off with more insulting sign language. This location dearly needs restaffing/new management. If Mac's heat office reads this and responds that he was replaced/fired, we will update our post and return our business and inform our friends of the change. Until then, users beware.
The persons who own this location, are very friendly and make customers, like myself, feel welcome and appreciated on every visit. Thank you for your customer service and the ability of your staff, to make each of us feel welcome. Congratulations on a job well done!
No one asked if I needed any help to find anything. And of all the drinks they have they didn't have any full sized Orange Juice or any other juice. Only single servings. Large clean store to walk into was nice.
Big store , wierdly scarce selection
rude to customers.. wouldn't go back
