If you got load of calcium phosphate, dont go to the receiving door which is at Route Cameron. On route cameron, just make left turn on 1st Avenue and make another left turn as posted in the picture and following that road you will see signs for receiving door 13. Here is the door you need for calcium phosphate load. Also, make sure you enter both receiving doors by backing up the truck trailer already from the street, otherwise if you enter straight, you will get stuck in an expensive way. Thanks
I purchased a home with a new maax shower unit installed. Within a year the unit had failed, and maax refused to honor the "10-year warranty" because the previous owner had installed the unit before selling the home. So I begrudgingly paid out of pocket to have the unit fixed. Fast forward a four years later and again the unit has failed this time the valve that shuts off the water stripped and wouldn't turn off forcing me to shut off the water to my house until I could have a plumber cut a hole in my wall to install a shut off valve at the unit. When I called maax, of course, they wouldn't honor the warranty I was expecting this, but they refused even to sell me the replacement parts. They claim they are only for warranty repairs. I contact a couple of plumbing companies, and they cannot also get the parts. I'm stuck with a shower unit in my home that this company refused to support. So I now have to pay thousands of dollars to remove this until and replace it. It is less than seven years old!!! I would NEVER use a product by this company and would highly suggest others consider this story before doing so.
