Very cheaty and disrespectful behavior of one of the staff reception .... One of my tires got locked as my ABS system was frozen. Three warning lights ABS, traction system and hand-brake were on. Although I kicked my tire there several times there before going inside the shop, I forgot to do a test drive. While I was sitting in the center for a mechanic to take my car in the shop, I saw he drove very easily and I was shocked. After just 2 min, the mechanic came and asked me to join him in the shop as he didnt find any trouble with the car as I solved it by kicking the tire befor. So he told me to use the DIAG check system to see if there is any issue and reset the codes. He did and everything was ok after. He went for a test drive and came back with no problem. Then I was asked to pay the bill and here is the WORST part of the story. The receptionist asked for $68 after taxes and I was shocked! Just$10 as labor wage and $50 for DIAG. Based on the $96/hr at their shop, $10 means he worked on my car for just less than 6 min. Then I complained at him saying that using that system DIAG should be included in the $10 labor wage as the guy had to use it to reset the codes. Otherwise, he couldnt do his job plus the fact that if they want to ask for extra/separate payment for using DIAG, they should put a sign the same as for hourly labor wage. It is like for instance you have a flat tire and you go there to change it. SO, DO YOU ASK EXTRA MONEY FOR USING TOOLS TO DO THE JOB FOR FLAT TIRE BESIDE THE HOURLY LABOR COST???? We argued and I wasnt satisfied. I am angry of this disgusting rubbery. Big shame on MONSIER MUFFLER STE FOY! I really wanna meet the manager there to solve my problem if he cares about his customers ......
