Had the worst ever experience with this cab company. New Years Eve called this cab company at 1:30 am because I had already knew it would take a while. Kept getting phone calls back from the company and asking if this was a prank and then we sat there till 5 in the morning at a hall. It was freezing outside and we were in the country. Never call this cab company for anything. They just didn't want to drive out that far because they wouldn't make enough money but they would have because we had about 20 people waiting for cabs. Worst customer service ever!!!

Such a waste of my time. I called them ahead of time to book a cab for the airport and they promised me they would be there on time. Almost 15mins late and their driver then "couldn't find the address".

Driver drove away without opening trunk for me to grab my bags, called to retrieve bags they denied any knowledge of said bags “you must’ve used a different cab company “ had to call the local RCMP so negotiate the retrieval of my property.
