Great Service, great food :
The food was delicious and the service was excellent!
A wonderful meal. This is a lovely little restaurant with great service and great food. The server was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. The food was imaginative and delicious. We had an opportunity to chat with the chef who explained that one of his most important ingredients was time - time to develop and concentrate the flavours in many of the sauces and ingredients like the caramelized onions. We are from Montreal where we have many great restaurants and L'artidsan culinaire can compete with the best of them food wise and beat them with their lovely atmosphere. I can highly recommend.
This is a fantastic little restaurant in Thetford Mines. I highly recommend going to eat there if you are in Thetford Mines. Every plate is made with so much thought and everything our table ordered was simply delicious. This is the best restaurant in the area.
