I bought a new GLE 450e 2025 last year in October. This is my second Mercedes. And what a disappointment!nThis car has been giving issues with starting. Last week I took the for service and the technician mentioned that they had to change the batteries in the key and that it’s all good. Today, the car again had same issue and both the keys won’t start the car. I am stranded in freezing weather with my child and road side assistance gives 60-90 min time to pick up.nnI called the sales person, Safi who apologized vigorously. And promised to send me text with roadside assistance. I had to call him again to get the text.nnThe charging of car gives fault on the app. I so want to give this car back but apparently I can’t. I have lost faith in driving this car and don’t find it safe anymore. The car can anytime decide to not start and I can be stranded! But all Mercedes would say that technicians would take a look. Which they already did a week back.nnHorrible. This is was the experience I expected with Mercedes

My son asked me to join him in looking at a used Benz yesterday, because of my mechanical engineering background and we have owned a number of Mercedes over the years. I went to the dealership yesterday, initially not looking forward to our upcoming interactions and potential negotiations with them.nnUp until yesterday Mercedes Benz Oakville had not been the Benz dealership our family had purchased any of our previous Benz’s through.nnOur sales rep was Archie Ayati.nnMy first impressions of Archie was that he was a welcoming, polite young man. Because of my background, I wanted to throughly investigate and understand the history of the car my son would be potentially purchasing.nnOver our three hours together, I discovered Archie’s extensive knowledge with Mercedes Benz products. Over these three hours I truly grilled Archie. As expressed I was very impressed with his knowledge, but what impressed me the most, was how Archie carried himself and his very personal demeanor throughout our entire three hours of grilling him.nnTo make a long 3 hour story short, my son purchased the car, and I came away feeling that my last three hours was a most positive experience. So much in fact when I left and shook Archie’s hand, I told him that because of the manner in which he had treated both my son and I, he would be our families future Mercedes Representative.nnThank you Archie, for all of your time you afforded us yesterday.
